| Sharon Sharp Lobo | I just met the owner Robert the other day and he was so helpful. He went above and beyond what I expected to help me try to find a replacement for my oven knob. First, when I called him he was out of on a service call, but invited me to go inside his store and look around on my own for the replacement. Later when I wasn't able to find what I was looking for, he called me to tell me he would be back at the store soon and would help me to find the knob. He took so much time trying to help me find a replacement and even later texted me some information on how I could repair the original knob that had broken, since it turned out that he didn't have the replacement knob for my particular brand and year of oven. I highly recommend Robert for any replacement parts or repairs that you need. He has tons of replacement parts at his store and I believe he is very knowledgeable on appliance repair as well. |
