Customer Service told me in order to get refund I needed to go to local Homestore. Called SearsHomestore Helena 6 Dec, told by Manager she couldn't get refund for online bought item. Said she would investigate and call me back. Told her not to call unless she was offering refund. No call back. Called SearsHomestore online Customer Service 7 Dec. No can refund. She filled out special form to have a "Team" call or email me with instructions for refund I hope. When was the last time anyone had these issues when seeking of refund? Will never purchase from SearsHomestore again if I can avoid it. Saga continues... |
