| Travis Wilson | Wish I could give negative stars! Tried to have our fridge and dryer fixed since March 2019 and it is now the end of July 2019 and nothing has been fixed. Three no shows and multiple appointments in which nothing got fixed. The latest appointment the technician didn't even go look at the appliance and said he didn't have the part while sitting at our table and had the nerve to charge us another 75.00. But get this the previous week he scanned our fridge to order the part but still came out a week later and pulled that bs. The local store in Helena MT said they'd fix everything and their third party that does their repairs A&E in great falls montana is horrible but we never got a call back after one visit and two phone calls. Don't even call the help line it's a waist of time. Just absolutely pitiful! Sears just opened a new store in Helena montana and I hope they go out of business as soon as possible so no one else has to fall victim to them. Mine is just one story of multiple...... look it up. |
