| A. Jones | Psychotic and rude! My employee called in to check on some items that White's was supposed to be doing under an extended warranty through Home Depot. The psychotic man who answered the phone screamed at her that he couldn't understand a word she was saying and hung up on her. She called back and he did it again. Not sure why Home Depot would use them for their warranty services or why anyone would want to do business with these people. |
