| Douglas Rentz | I purchased a craftsman 320 piece set on Wednesday. Today I decided to open the box and wouldn't you know it it's used. Everything is not where it's supposed to be the screw driver had a bit in it. And one of the rear hinges on the box is broken. I'm furious. If this place is under new management... good luck. |
