| Verla Buren | A repair person came to my house to repair my stove and my dryer he was very nice, and said he had order parts. That evening I received a call from this company telling me would not be returning. We have a nut living on our road, so I kind on understand that something had happened . I asked to have the repair person to call me, so I could talk with the police. NOBODY would ever return a call. I asked to have my check returned and was told no that was for diagnosis of what was wrong. I traveled the 45 miles to the place of business to talk to someone there and pitched a fit and they finally returned my check. I never got to talk to anybody about what happened. I wish I could give them zero stars. Very poor business practices. |
| leadslinger27 . | They refused work I scheduled through GE when my oven door glass exploded for no reason. No big deal right? companies are busy right? But they never told me or GE that they weren't coming. I wasted half a day which in working terms is a full day. They might be busy but I wasted over 500 in wages to wait for someone who never showed up. |
