| Tony Honerkamp | Call them on friday they come over and said a part would have to be ordered to fix our heater, said it Monday before they got this part and get it put on. So its Monday and part was replaced but heater still not working at this point was told that another part had to be ordered and they wouldnt be back to put it in for 2 weeks. Being its 24 and only having small electric heaters to keep warm I called another heating and air contractor whom had the part and was able to come install it today so I called elite air to inform them that I was canceling the order and I had someone else coming with the part today to put it in. At this point they some how had this part they didnt have and had to order magically appeared and was on their way to install said part. To shorten this review imo either these people lie to not have to do the job they are hired to do or their services tecs are under skilled and know every little about thier jobs. |
| Robin Torretta | Excellent service! They came out on a Sunday, gave me a specific time and were even early. Very polite, thorough and gave me all the optionswithout trying to convince me we needed the most expensive option. When we made the choice for a complete new unit, they kept me up to date and again was able to install even earlier than originally thought. There were no surprises and pricing was very reasonable. Would highly recommend this company! |
