A week came and went. This song and dance happened for three weeks. When I called on the third week, the gentleman promised he would contact me the following day and have a comparable microwave. Of course, I didn't hear from him so I called. He didn't have it but said he would the next day. When I told him he could cancel the order, he hung up on me. There was never an attempt to reach out to me to keep me informed. HORRIBLE. |
