Appliance Repair by Lowe’s Home Improvement in Sullivan, Missouri

Bought a new Samsung stove from here great product. 2 problems I had was that they sold me wrong size gas line and they were closed by the time I got done so I couldn't use it that night which was very frustrating and cost me more money because I then had to take the family out to eat. The big problem I had was I told them I was on propane not natural gas and they stuff not inform me that I would have to have a technician come change the burner orfices out. Followed quick start guide so when it was up and running it was blowing soot all over the kitchen. I read the book and called on a tech to change the orfices. That cost another 100 bucks that I had not planned at time of purchase so it was another really frustrating experience.

David, employee, is excellent! He has waited on us last two visits. He came to us. Stayed with us during our visit helping save us steps. Offering suggestions which were very helpful. Great employee! Hold on to that guy! Thanks for all you do.
