The nice staff said they would do the best they could sending someone out the next day. The next morning I received a call alerting me the technician would arrive shortly. | Erick Bland | On 7/16/19 we were blessed to wake up one more morning and we are thankful for that. The downside our central air was not working !!!! Called Air Comfort at 7:15AM at 10:15AM Air Comfort was at the door. 1 hr later the Air was working. Oh happy days.Air Comfort is a great company to work with. | le m | My AC died on a Sunday when it was over 100 degrees outside. It took a few hours, at most, for their emergency tech to come out. When he realized it couldn't be fixed he called Scott who came over shortly thereafter to discuss my replacement options. They installed a temporary unit the next day so we were only out of the house for one night. Even though it made me ill to have to replace the unit, they made it as pleasant as possible! |
