watch em grow /legal medical grow | These people are a true piece of work. Took us 2 months just to get info from them to get our ac compressor warrantied that went out. Called them for 2 weeks and left messages with no call back. The way i got them to call me back was to leave a message saying i was interested in a new heating and cooling system and then it still took them 2 weeks to get us the proper paperwork to get our compressor warrantied out. Never ever would i recommend this business to anyone for any heating and cooling needs! |

cindy bauwens | Bought our first Ruud unit over 25 yrs ago. The service was excellent then and is still that way. When we needed service they were here the same day. only a thermostat and a few yrs ago some freon. Finally put new unit in this last December 2018. Old one still worked, but freon leak and becoming obsolete. They were here in time, got the job done, left no mess. Took care of all paper work for Ameren rebate, gave me a timeline when I should receive it and if I did not they would follow up. I had a half-hearted bid from another company, took them 2 weeks to call me back and said I would have to do rebate myself. Thank you Home Systems for taking care of everything and getting it done. I like the personal attention. |
