a S | Went to go get a diagnostic on my car due to a rattling noise. Usual price is 35 for diagnostic fee and when they are done they attempt to charge me 55. When I asked why, they said it is because I asked for more stuff to get done Remember this.Then they tell me I need a new catylatic converter, but they do not specify whether it is the front or back catylatic converter that needs replacing. So I look at the paper they gave to me a couple days later with sloppy handwritten notes and it says nothing about which one needs to be replaced. I call them and ask if they remember and they said they don't. Later on in the conversation they tell me it is the front cat that needs replacing but I ask where they got that answer from they don't provide any evidence as to where they found that. I spoke to Mike and Will and they both tried to charge me a new diagnosis fee AGAIN when it is really their fault they couldn't come up with an accurate diagnosis the first time! Later on I asked Will why he charged me 55 for the first time and he said it was for the labor. The first time he said it was because they had more things to look at, and now it is labor. He hung up the phone on me because he felt so ashamed of himself and the racist tactics the shop had for up-charging me and nobody else that I confronted him about. I called back and told him how pathetic it was to hang up on a customer when they are questioning you about poor service that has happened to them.DO NOT GO HERE! The technicians are clueless and this place has TERRIBLE customer service. Will is a big COWARD that only is looking to get money out of all his customers. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!!! |
