So that was a win-win. He had the needed part in his pocket, as he already anticipated the problem. Told me the price of the part and asked if I wanted it replaced - didn't just fix it and then hit me with a total. And, when he was done putting the part on, he started cleaning up the area. I told him that it wasn't necessary for him to clean up. But that just goes to show you how over and above service expectation he is willing to go. My mind was blown away with the whole experience!
