| Skrtskit | I learned that I did not HIRE Richwoods Appliance Repair. Instead I paid a repair person directly. It took over 2 hrs to put an oven door back together and I am not content that the door is sitting correctly on the stove. I called Richwoods to complain and they more or less said tough luck not our problem, we just get a person for you. I had NO IDEA that Richwoods Appliance Repair WAS NOT going to fix my stove. SO NOW if anything goes wrong I have to 'find' the repair person and take it up with him directly. WHAT A SCAM! |

I like to commend him for his job well done with my Viking oven. He said it was my element that he replaced the day he came out. He had the part in his truck which made it possible for him to finish the job right away. He was efficient and prepared. If you could provide his name that would be awesome so I can request for him again when an appliance of mine decides to stop working. I highly recommend Richwoods Appliance Repair! |
