| Janet Shaw | Paid 8,000 Dollars to Bill West owner of Comfort Home Service for a new construction Heat pump / AC unit ,, Now 2.5 years later the unit still will not keep working , in the summer it shuts down when outside temp is hot and will not cool our home.. In the winter we get very little heat and have to use space heaters.. Have tried to call Bill but he will not answer now after being out here and failed to fix the problems about 10 times. He gave up on us and will not stand behind his work as promised. VERY UNHAPPY WITH COMFORT HOME AND BILL WEST. |
