| Erica Osborn | I was having AC problems and i wasn't exactly sure what the problem was. I called SMS and explained my problem. The owner, Jake was very knowledgeable and informative. I was expecting to have to wait a few days to get an appointment and was surprised when he was able to work me in that day. They got my vehicle in right when i dropped it off and they were able to give me an idea of what was going on even before i was picked up. After my diagnosis was performed, Jake called me and explained the problem. The price he quoted me at the beginning was the price i paid. He did not add on any charges or extra diagnosis time like some shops i have delt with do. His diagnostic fees are VERY reasonable and his mechanics are very friendly. I will definitely be back and would suggest this shop to anyone looking for quality work at a reasonable price. |
