Great service! I was only in town for the afternoon and Ralph was able to squeeze me in for a vehicle inspection. All done in less than an hour total. I was able to get my Missouri plates that afternoon. Thanks guys!

5 years ago I wrote a very negative review which I'm removing, not because I changed my mind about that experience, However, Yesterday 2-16-2018 I took my mother's Nissan Versa to get new tires. The previous manager was on that day being relieved as manager. I don't know the reason he may well have been moved up or to another store. He was the very arrogant everytime I'd dealt with him although this time we didn't speak. My experiences as a manager is people tend to work like the boss, I believe he was part of the problem at this store. Again I don't know the circumstances of his replacement. The new Manager was very considerate, knowledgeable he did a great job. The work was top notch the tires were correct the alignment was spot on. I also had an oil change done and brakes checked. Knowing the brakes were getting closer to needing replaced I figured they'd suggest replacement to raise the bill. They didn't and agreed they were still good but would need to be changed in a year or so. Great job Plaza Tire

I found I had a flat and was right across the road from Plaza Tire. When I went over and told them, they drove their truck and aired my tire so I could drive it across the road to their shop. They were so friendly and understanding of my situation. I got an awesome deal on four new tires as it is black Friday! I will definitely be going back and recommending it to friends and family! They made an unexpected situation into a wonderful experience! Shout out to the Manger Buck for the friendly and fast service!
