Now its tuesday and they took another 40 out now ive got checks bouncing. No money returned yet but they keep taking. Said they deserve it. Thiefs and all about money not customer satisfaction. Greedy. Owner said he didnt believe me. I feel my entire amout should be refunded. Never even used the truck. This went from an80 rental on Saturday to 280 nightmare. They keep pulling from my bank without prior authorization. Never again will i deal with them. This comes from me a 51 year old US ARMY VETERAN!!! ARMY V |
