David Faupel	They replaced both lower ball joints and forgot to put the grease fitting all the way in on the drivers side and didnt put grease in the ball joint than they beat the hell out of the passenger side wheel hub with a hammer and tore it up. When i confronted them about it they responded by saying oh well. I strongly suggest checking any work they do.

They seem to work pretty fast and because they're co-located with an auto parts store, they generally have parts in stock or can get them overnight. We've got a Mitsubishi, and the closest dealer is in St. Louis, but it never seems to be a problem when we need repairs when we take it to Midwest.
