| Sherri Handke | Sears Tech guys have been great to work with. The issue with the stove top is challenging them and they are working to get the issues resolved. It is hard to blame them if they keep replacing the parts trying to find the right issue....I have a feeling this stove top has several. Service is great - I love that I can arrange service either through chat online or call the number and they can always find my contract. Now the product.....that is what I am not so happy with, but I think they are doing everything to get it taken care of. |
| Stacy Smith | It's sad this store is closing but again, customer service is spot on and knowledgeable! Stop in before they close to see the Lee Mace Museum located towards the back of the store. This is a part of history at the lake that you would not expect to see on a Sears store! Exceptional closeout savings going on now too! |
