We called and scheduled an appointment to unclog a kitchen drain like. Initially, we were happy with the service we had received, even though the clog remained. Them they recommended a hydro jet service as the best solution to the problem, large amount of grease buildup in the drain line. Then we were quoted 800 dollars to have that service performed, after having just paid 230 for an almost flowing drain that was not draining any better after their device call as it was before they got there. The technician stated that while he was under the house, he could feel that the drain line was heavy most of the way back to the sewer connection. Had a good, trusted friend crawl under there today and you can't even get to the line as it is above the insulation and sealed off from below. After all was said and done, I purchased a tool from Menard's that works like a pressurized balloon in the line and pushes the blockage down the line. Price 12.00... Connected toy harden hose and 2 minutes later everything was flowing freely. Total cost of repairs actually required was was 20.00 and about 1 hour of labor. The technician was very polite, courteous and had a great sense of humour. Only problem is that he apparently couldn't fix the problem that he was called out for. I would not recommend this company, as an "honest" company would have done what was right for the customer, not make them wait 3 days for a solution and then gouge them for an exorbitant fee. In case the numbers got lost in the rant, they were wanting to charge 1000.00 for something I did myself for less than 20.00... Something is definitely not right with this...

Great service. Very quick and thorough. Blake our Technician was very personable and professional. Left the areas cleaner than they were when he got there. Recommend this company very highly!!!
