| Noneya Business | Only cares about making money not helping out customers in need, wont give any kind of estimates says he doesn't know, even with every day repairs, and refuses to put parts on that he doesn't order because he can not mark the price of the part up 300, but says it's because he gets a good warranty, not true. The parts I have, have the same warranty. I have worked in auto parts and aircraft maintenance and I know the game with the parts, they pay 50 for a part and you pay 400. His mechanics can not answer any questions only Dave but he isn't even there half the time so you have to call again and again until he is. Wont be taking anymore business there. Pep boys does a great job and will install parts that you bring in at a reasonable price, like it should be. |
