Had them come and take measurements for countertop and offered a cardboard template of exact size and shape but they wouldn't take it .. said they had it down. Countertop was wrong. Had them re do it and again asked them to take template. No...Wrong again!!! But accepted it as thought they would mess it up worse and didn't like any other of the granite slabs they had. In addition to the countertop wrong layout, it is not smooth and feels gritty when wiping it off, like they sealed it dirty and there are adhesive smears on it where they were sloppy doing the seams. Have called and called, even texted... Did answer once and was told would be put on the schedule... but haven't showed up yet, and haven't answered since. Would not recommend them at all. Poor workmanship, terrible customer service, regret hiring them!!!! Warning...if you want your granite done right, smooth and shiny. Go elsewhere!! Big mistake! Negative if I could!!!
