| hubert font | I'm an OTR truck driver so I shower at Love's travel stops all over the country. This is by far the worst. As you can see there is black mold on the ceiling and it is falling down in flakes. The grouting is molding and discolored. There was rust on a non-functional light fixture that they just painted over. The whole experience left me wanting another shower. The staff seem like they just are over it of you know what I mean. They don't greet you here as is the custom at Every other Love's. Very disappointed. |
| Joe flying | The Tire Service shop is Terrible out here. If you need quick service go to TA or Flying J. I was told to wait for 45 minutes to get a simple spare tire change done, only for them to tell me to wait another hour and a half. For a truck driver with a delivery dead line this is horrible. |

My husband waited in line for 45 minutes to get a tirepass which loves is supposed to have the lane dedicated for but instead had it opened for fueling to find out that they had no one who could do the tire pass when I asked Marlin if he could he refused and said I could leave. I know that Managers are trained in everything there is no reason why when Loves sends tire passes to Diamond customers that they can't be used when needed except for at Matthews Missouri Loves |
