| David Walker | I'm disappointed in Missouri Furniture. When I bought my recliner they sold me a repair plan that was supposed to cover pet damage. When I went to submit a claim I was denied because they said their plans didn't cover pet damaged and that the associate that sold me the plan told me a lie. I called the store and the Manager said the person that I worked with was no longer with the company and there was nothing he could do to help me. Very disappointed and I wont be back as a customer. |
