They told us they test their inventory before putting it on the floor but after paying 450 for the set and 60 to get it delivered and installed even after the delivery looked at it saying it was fine the dryer was not working properly. It doesn't get hot at all. When I called and told them about the issue the lady said it could be my house so we tried resetting the breaker like they said and still dryer not working. They told me I have to BRING IT BACK FOR REPAIR! Wouldn't it be easier to send someone out?! On top of that they don't do refunds. Only a 7 day warranty which is faulty seeing as though THEY are closed Sundays and mondays. Not being able to do my laundry because they sold me a faulty product is very annoying and frustrating. Wouldn't recommend anyone doing business with them. They're just money hungry. |
