I purchased a dining table from them not special order, right off the showroom floor and when it arrived in my home the chairs I had already purchased would not push in under the table. I asked if I could return it and they just flat out said no. Shame on me for not knowing that counter height chairs would not fit under their counter height table. Shame on them for having such a policy of no returns. This was my first time purchasing from them and it will be my last. I will give them a 1 because Virginia my sales person was nice.
