Called this morning and they are a week behind. Needed them to look at my dryer.

I called this morning hoping to have someone come out and help me with an igniter problem l am having with my whiplpool stove. The woman who answered the phone ask me if I had the model number of my stove. I told her no I did not have the model number for the stove and wasn't sure where to look for it. She said to pull the drawer out at the bottom look for the serial number. I explained to her that I'm not able to get down on the floor because I had shoulder surgery. Then she proceeded to tell me that unless I had a model number for my stove themselves or no other company would come out and help me either if I didn't have a model number and that I should have a neighbor come over and pull the drawer out and help me find the model number. All I can say is I'm shocked. I thought this was the reason I was calling them in the first place, to have the come out figure out the problem get the part if need be and fix my stove. Very disappointed in the service I didn't get and all I can say is I certainly hope they don't treat everyone this way. Time to call someone else.
