I literally just called to ask about a filter and after the phone was answered, I said "Hello I'm calling to ask if you have fill in the blank." I heard NOTHING on the other line. After about a minute of awkward silence, I heard "For what vacuum?" I literally didn't even get to finish saying what my vacuum model was before the guy on the other end RUDELY interrupted me and said "No we don't." Very bluntly. I hung up. Would never go here, even in the future. |
