However today the end of my experience was not up to the rest of my experience par. If a job is not complete I expect the company who started the job to complete it. That being said I do not appreciate being told that when a job is not complete that I should contact my warranty company and have to pay another 100 dollars to fix the same issue. Especially without the decency of looking me in the eye when you say it. Very unprofessional by the last service member. |
