If something malfunctions it is jerryrigged just to get by as the company has no service department, the employees are expected to learn how to repair everything from furniture to electronics. This company also has no bedbug inspection like the other rental companies do, just "monthly maintenance" spraying for roaches. The current store manager has no issue lying and throwing other people under the proverbial bus just to make himself look better not even in an instance that would effect him negatively. If you were to ask me, I would go literally ANYWHERE ELSE. Save yourself the time, money, and headache |
