Lauren Stout | I ordered a range from this Lowe's for my father for Christmas. His hasn't worked in over 6 months and because of the cyber Monday deals I was able to afford one for him. I live in Washington and my dad lives near Chillicothe so I placed the order with this Lowe's and scheduled delivery to my dads house. Today I got an email that my order had been canceled with no explanation. I called this Lowe's and they told me that there was no note as to why the order was cancelled. The customer service lady said that I could come in to make a purchase, but that the sale was over. She gave me the wrong customer service number and told me to call to try and work something out. The deal is over now so I have to hope that corporate can do something to help me. It seems like if they offer ordering something online and everything goes through fine that they should honor that instead of pushing me off on to corporate with no explanation as to why this happened. So disappointing. |
