| Justin Stewart | Was told directly by the manufacturer of the device I needed repaired, QSC, that this was an authorized repair shop. I have called multiple times only to have my call go directly to voice mail OR no answer at all. Today I called, someone picked up the phone and hung up. If all of that isn't a sign there is something wrong with this place, I don't know what would be. At least I didn't drop off anything for repair. Judging from these other reviews, that experience would certainly be a nightmare! Here's some advice, close your doors and put a voice message on that says you don't want any business and people won't bother you! |
