| MJ Broad | BEWARE a scam from the word go. Larry made a Saturday afternoon service call. Diagnosed the problem, I paid him 65 cash for service fee. He left around 5:30 pm saying he was headed to Osage Beach Lowe's for the part and would be right back. But, if they didn't have the part or he wouldn't be back, he would have his wife call. At 8:10 pm I called and Sherry, his wife seemed annoyed by the call. Not being able to say much, she reported he hadn't been in long and was just finishing his dinner. Went on to tell me the part needed to be ordered and couldn't do anything before Monday. Tuesday I called to follow up and it was like she couldn't get off the phone fast enough. But still gave every indication we were still in the books for the repair. Thursday my boyfriend called to see if he could get answer's. After Sherry told him the part hadn't been ordered she hung the phone up. |
