He could have easily convinced me to buy a new unit mine is 30+ years old, but he recommended I fix this one because it would likely last me MUCH longer than a new one. We discussed effeciancy, and decided that since this is our "auxilary" AC that that was not a huge issue. Bottom line is Caleb could have easily made a LOT more money, but he was more concerned with doing the right thing. Rare find these days!!! |

| Margie Hansen | Our air conditioning went out on a Sunday. Caleb came out that day soon after I called. He didn't charge us any extra to come out on a weekend. He fixed our air conditioner and we haven't had any trouble in the two weeks since. I felt the service fee to come and look at the problem was very reasonable. I also like that he charges a flat rate on what he does rather than an hourly rate. I saved his information and will call him if I ever need help with our heating/air. Very grateful he saved us from the heat on a weekend!!! |
