| Ron Rice | Went in on a very snowy day, parking lot was clean and I was greeted at the door. Needed treated 2x4's and screws. While there I asked to order a couple pieces of metal siding. They told me it would be a week and they would call. Two weeks now and I have waiting to go back to my farm on their call. The customer service while at the business was stellar with bringing the 2x4's right to my truck, customer service to let me know if the siding I ordered, well not so good! All and all it is a better experience than a box store! |
