| Becky Fincher | Called today to schedule a repair on my dryer. I could barely hear/understand the Customer Rep. She kept cutting in and out and I mentioned this to her several times and she never made an attempt to better the connection like picking up the receiver instead of continuing to talk on the headset. Then, they wanted me to wait at home a full day which would require me to take a vacation day. I get you dont know how long a repair may take but, come on, let's narrow it down to a 4 hour period. Maybe even get more details so you can get more accurate repair time. |
