| Tiffany Ransom | We were told on the phone that our dryer vent would be cleaned for 95. However, when they came to our house, they immediately told us that it was 95 just to get them in the door. Then, it was 10 more per foot of dryer vent. We ended up paying 250 instead of the 95 we had been told we would pay over the phone. But, we felt stuck because we already had to pay 95 just because they entered our house! When my husband questioned them on this, he was told that if he had asked about "additional fees" on the phone, they would have told him all about it. You shouldn't have to ask specifically about "additional fees" when someone tells you how much something will be! Dishonest. I would not recommend. |
