Appliance Repair by Alltech MSC in Arnold, Missouri

Called to ask for a tech to service my almost 17 yr old Samsung refrigerator that would shut off after 10 hrs but then would work fine for 12 hrs if shut off for a 1/2 hr. This is the 1st problem in almost 17 yrs. Company called back and said they would probably advise just getting a new ref. I understood but countered that it might be something simple and inexpensive. They agreed and Don the service tech came out today. He was professional and checked all possibilities. Turned out it was an inexpensive defrost fuse that cost only 42.00 and he had one in his truck along with plenty of other parts for Samsung. I thank Don and the Alltech folks for extremely good service.

I strongly recommend you don't hire these people, unless you'd like to be called names and a liar! Corey the “manger” is highly unprofessional and rude and very unhelpful, save your time and energy and hire a different business!

I wouldn't hesitate to call them again. Great to work with from the first phone call. Clean cut and professional. This is the way you manage your employees and business. But I would never buy another Samsung refrigerator or any appliance made by them.......ever!!!!
