Appliance Repair by Lightspeed Air and Electric in Vancleave, Mississippi

Had issues with both of our 20-year-old units and an insanely-high power bill. Charlie and his crew thoroughly cleaned both, inside and out. Also cleaned all of our duct work, both upstairs and downstairs. After the cleaning, it was determined that our upstairs unit needed replacing. They performed the replacement very quickly, including replacing/re-routing all the copper lines, and everything works great. Our electricity usage is already noticeably lower. Very good outfit to work with. Even answered all of my nitpicky questions after hours and over the weekend. Price was significantly lower than other local competitors. If we ever have issues again, these will be the first guys that I call.

I recently ran into some trouble with our AC and had to have it replaced. After having several companies come out and put in their bids Lightspeed air and Electric came in well below everyone. They came out told me what I needed and didn't try to upsell me on anything. They had my budget in mind and didn't play any games. Their work was great and got the job done very quickly. They will be the ones I call if I run into any more issues. If you're not looking for these big companies to take you to the cleaners or take advantage of heating and air ignorance which we had a couple try to do I would definitely give these guys a call.

I had 3 different issues with my A/C over the last month and I called Lightspeed each time. I dealt with Charley and John, both were courteous, prompt, and professional. Due to the unfortunate amount of problems I was having, they did everything they could to give me the lowest price possible for each visit.
