| Joey Parkerson | This Lowe's is commonly regarded as the worst Lowe's people have had to do business with. You go out of necessity not because it's a good customer experience. Over the years, I've had countless poor experiences with this store and it has only gotten worse. You are better off driving on to Columbus or better yet, driving to a Home Depot than wasting your time and money in this store. It is poorly kept, the staff is sub-par by any standard if you can even find one to help you, and one of the managers couldn't even figure out how to get a capital letter on the computer. It's a disgraceful establishment to the Lowe's brand. |
