They came out and serviced our refrigerator and the guy that came out was top notch. My wife said he did an excellent job and explained what he did and the issue. I highly recommend this company based on our experience.

Called this company at the recommendation of someone in my neighborhood Facebook group. The men who serviced my freezer were professional, prompt, courteous, careful, and pleasant. They honor their service fee for 30 days. I will call them again if necessary.

I don't understand all the negative reviews for this company. My dryer was making a horrible sound so I called and scheduled an appointment. The technician I think his name was William who came out called before he came- which I was very appreciative for- and was right within his time frame. He quickly figured out the issue, and needed to order a part. The part came in within 4 days was quoted 4-5 days. I was called by the office and another appointment was quickly made. He came back out, fixed the issue, and explained in detail what the problem was he also showed me the broken part. I'm not sure of the price because my dryer was still covered under warranty, so I did not receive a ticket when he was finished. Everyone at the office as well as the tech have been very efficient, prompt and personable. I would highly recommend this company.
