If they ever get it fixed I'll never use them again. They replaced sensor shocks now drain pump. Guess they can't figure out the problem so they just changing out parts until the get it right |
| Penny Krusen | Very disappointed with the service. A long grievance made short. I arranged for my washer to be repaired by Tutor's Appliance. The service person no showed after two working days for which I had to call to find out why. Once repairs were completed the washer still wasn't running properly. After much debate with the owner I was told, by the owner, it wasn't his problem & he refunded the service fee portion of the bill. This is the only reason I reluctantly give Tutor's a star. I strongly recommend seeking service elsewhere. To my fellow service person I say be very careful in seeking service from this repairman. |
