| Tron Kodi | I have taken my Samsung tv's to this guy 2 times and told friends about the place because it's only 20 mins from my town. My Tv was a Samsung. Samsung had a recall on my model tv capacitors. I don't think he replaced all the bad capacitors in the TV. The tv went out again shortly with the same problem. I believe he done this on purpose so I'll have to bring it back again and get paid twice. After I told him to fix all part that look like it need replacing the second time I haven't had to bring it back. Now to the problem I have on doing business with this guy. I have a Vizio 60 inch plasma and it's very heavy. I was going to take my vizio to him because like I said the shop is only 20 mins away, Well I was on my way and called After getting someone to help me load it. I just needed him to help me get it off the truck at his shop. He said he had to leave at 2:00 to go to fix someone's tv at their home. It was 1:45 it would have only taken me 20 min I was on my way already. He wouldn't wait 5 min for me to get their. I'll never do business with hall's tv services again and will never recommend anyone else do business with him again. Only 5 mins that's it on a job he was going to get paid for. This is no way to treat a returning customer or any customer. This was not good business! |
