| Stephanie Smith | This has absolutely between the worst appliance experience ever. They make appointments for weeks later, then they don't show. They reschedule and promise to call before arrival, but then they don't. They say my problem is due to water damage - it's a WASHING MACHINE! It's not even 9 months old! They won't even file the parts or labor on my warranty! Plus, they took the part with them and promise to call me within an hour or two with the price.... Guess what?! It's been three weeks and I can't even get them on the phone! Whirlpool need to be advised of this shady business! |
| Rhonda Locke | If I could give a negative 5 stars, I would. This has been the WORST experience ever. It took a week for them to ever come out to the house initially. Then, after coming, we had to wait 10 additional days for them to order a part a control board of some sort. Not to mention that I told them I did not think that was the issue but rather that the agitator was stripped. The replaced the control board. First load... still broken. Called them back and it took 5 more days before they would come out. They were stumped and could not figure out what the issue was. I showed the technician how the agitator was freely spinning and said, it's not supposed to do that. He was adamant that the agitator was fine. After he called Whirlpool for help he came back to the house to fix... the agitator. 6 weeks later... the same part has broken again. They say they only cover their work for 6 weeks. WHAT THE HECK!?!?! I will NEVER use Houlka again. I even called Whirlpool and told them they should fire them as warranty work folks. They are horrible!!! |
