I was able to get a great deal on the monthly payment, but as I sit here in my empty living room, I'm currently not happy. They were supposed to deliver it to me today, so yesterday I had gotten rid of my old set. I called around 4 to ask if it was going to be delivered, and they assured me that it was on the truck and would be here between 4 and 6 PM. It's now well after 7 PM, and no furniture still. I paid for the services, so why lie to me?? I will change or update my review if they agree to knock off my tax on my next payment! It's the LEAST they could do, since I'm currently sitting in a lawn chair! THE CUSTOMER IS ALWAYS RIGHT. |

| Mary McMillen | I purchased a bed from this store and after sleeping on it the first night I woke up with bites all over my arms. After inspecting the mattress I noticed that it had bed bugs! I am so disgusted! The bed was on sale when I purchased it and since I paid cash they will not refund my money or help in any way! Very disgusted with the customer service offered by this store! I almost feel as if they knew it was infested and that is why they had it on sale! DO NOT RENT FROM THIS STORE! |
