| Julia V | Um very rude and disrespectful. My grandmother and I just went by so that she can make a payment that they kept calling her for. The receptionist failed to state next Tuesday is the start of coming in to make final payment. My grandmother stood at that door and this white man saw her and ignored her at the for at least five minutes and opened the door and blatantly said “Yeah Next Tuesday, there's no use of staying out here all day” I have no respect for this store and glad they're closing down because the service sucks. Good Riddance ! |

| Neva Coghlin | We had an issue getting a Uhaul trailer hooked up to our pickup. On the second trip to the store two men went down the street with us bringing their own personal adpapter and hooked it up for usfor free. That is what I call good customer service!! Thank you. |
