Horriable. He may or may not know a lot about heating, but he is the WORST communicator and customer service manager I HAVE EVER DELT WITH. We have been without heat for a month now due to his incompetence and, unfortunately, went through and are at the disposal of our home warrienty company. First he came out and “fixed” our heater which he didn't even come back inside to check and make sure it was running properly it wasn't. So we called him back and before HANGING UP ON ME told me he would be back in the morning very angry like. He NEVER showed. Came back a week later with my husband here I wasn't dealing with him anymore and said he would need to order a part dec 18th roughly. He said he takes off for the Christmas holidays-understandably- and wouldn't be able to get our part until after the new year. We call him again Jan 2, he says he thinks the part came in, he would check and be here first thing in the morning. Never shows, never calls. We call him back AGAIN and he says first he's sick, then later in the convo that he had some other jobs and would be here at some point today. Then he proceedes to get agrivated when my husband says this is getting rediculous and he HANGS up on my husband who is very low key and not high strung at all. DAVE should not be in customer service. He is apparently ex-marine but does not act professional or respectful at all and we are done dealing with him. Good Luck if you choose to, maybe he will realize his mistakes... :/
