Roslyn Hossley | I am very disappointed with the service Thomas Richardson provided. Thomas does not answer or return phone calls. The Job he performed was a total destruction & he left it unfinished. I had to call another plumbing company to come out & correct & complete the job. I am turning this in to Better Bureau. Thomas started the Job for me in March & he has not been back. I paid for a job that he said was complete it worked for 2 days I called him several times & text him all I got was a bunch of lies. I would not recommend him to anyone. This is very sad, you try to patronize your own people & give them a chance & this is what happens. I rate this business highly with a Zero 0. |
Pam Trigg | My mom has a washer under warranty, so the business she bought it from sent Thomas Richardson Appliance Repair to fix it. He went and told them what part he needed. They ordered the part, he picked it up and they paid him in advance, BIG MISTAKE!! To make a long story short: he came to moms the 14th of Feb., got part on the 17th, numerous phone calls, finally shows up March 1, the part he said didn't fit, he would get the right part and be back next day. He will not return any phone calls!!!! My mom has been without a washer since the 14th of Feb. The business is going to have to hire someone from Sears to do the job they already paid Richardson Appliance to do. DO NOT USE THIS PERSON!!!!!And if you do, make sure your happy with job before you pay him!!!!!!!!! |
