| Filler Wong | Like so many stories before me. The guy came out and without confirming his diagnostics, said my evaporator fan in the freezer was out. Ordered the fan with the cover, so I asked him why I needed to pay for a new cover? He said to replace the sensor in it. But my cover had no sensor. AND the fan worked, I tested it afterwards. The system did not give any errors. So he took my money and ordered the part. I told him to cancel it, and sent him proof it was still working. So he said he would refund my money less a restocking fee and service fee. I had not heard from him in over a week. It's been 10 days since the part was supposed to have come in. This is the short version of the story. I don't have the part nor the the money for the labor to install it. Ripped off. DO NOT hire this company or this guy. Check the other scams for this person on the BBB website. |
| Kristy Green | It's a very long story. In short, he was very quick to respond and come diagnose my washing machine. And also very quick to take my money. However, he told me he would have the part in 2-3 days. Almost one month later, and he finally came to replace the part. I'm not even sure if he did anything. He rarely responded to my text messages, and would never return a phone call. He was always giving me the run around about why the part wasn't in. Needless to say, our lawyer is now involved and I am formally filing complaints with everyone I can to make sure no one else gets scammed by this guy. PLEASE BE WARNED!!! |
